I’m Maria White and I’m glad you’re here!  I help leaders - even those stepping into bigger roles - move from being the one with all the answers to being the leader who translates detail into meaningful context and leads with trust across all levels.  In my career, these transitions humbled me and taught me a lot about myself. I can serve you and add value by helping you make your transition with more intentionality so you and your team hit the ground running with more trust and better communication. 

 

I thrive on helping people see connections that are just beyond their view, like putting together pieces of a puzzle and suddenly seeing the whole picture. I’m a wife, stepmother, grandmother, former Air Force and airline pilot, Project Management Professional and John Maxwell Leadership Team Certified coach, trainer, speaker and behavior assessor.

 

After more than 35 years of Air Force service, I’m shifting my focus to serving you. I’ve experienced the joys of leading all sizes of groups. Growth and learning happen in every aspect of life if we are intentional to look for the lessons and embrace the teaching. Along the way I’ve learned through successes and mistakes. Some days, the big lightbulb would come on and I’d say “Oh….that’s why I had the (not-so-) fun of that situation last year – it prepared me to be here today.”
