I’m Maria White and I’m glad you’re here! I thrive on helping people see connections that are just beyond their view, like putting together pieces of a puzzle and suddenly seeing the whole picture. I’m a wife, stepmother, grandmother, former Air Force and airline pilot, Project Management Professional and John Maxwell Leadership Team Certified coach, trainer, speaker and behavior assessor.

 

After more than 35 years of Air Force service, I’m shifting my focus to serving you. I’ve experienced the joys of leading all sizes of groups. Growth and learning happen in every aspect of life if we look for the lessons and embrace the teaching. Along the way I’ve learned through successes and mistakes. Some days, the big lightbulb would come on and I’d say “Oh….that’s why I had the (not-so-) fun of that situation last year – it prepared me to be here today.” I’m particularly inspired to serve individuals who are facing the transition from “doer” to “leader”. This was an especially hard transition for me; it humbled me and taught me a lot about myself. I can serve you and add value by helping you make this transition with more deliberate personal growth so you and your team hit the ground running with more trust and better communication.

 

I also have a soft spot for the staff and boards of non-profits as well as educators and church leaders. You do so much behind the scenes to make life better for underserved populations and our next generation. You are pillars in our community because of who you serve. I can serve you and add value by helping you increase your effectiveness as a team, so you can have an even bigger impact on our communities.
